Worst customer service ever only reason why I’m Leavin a five star review is they have their reviews where they can pick which ones they put up here ordered 60 tumblers tracking stated it was delivered and left on porch of my office on a commercial property never received customer service just told me to look for the package and there’s nothing they can do Spent over $300 and receive no product

The cups themselves are great. The packing is another story. I need to buy some boxes now for re-sale as they literally used packing tape to tape all the boxes together and then saran wrapped them for shipping. So the money I saved in the cost of the cup isn't worth what I have to spend on new boxes now that were destroyed by either trying to unwrap them or the outside boxes that were smashed by UPS. A box is better for shipping!!!! Next time I may order a case and hope they come packaged in a box otherwise I will have to take my business elsewhere.
